Anyone with a Carnegie Regional Library card can visit the ND State Library website at: library.nd.gov and discover many eBooks & Audiobooks. Choose the Database tab, scroll down to RB Digital, click register. You then will be asked for your Carnegie Regional Library card number along with name, etc. There is also a free phone app that can be used. If you use the app, choose the ND State Library when asked for library name.
If the Enderlin School is closed due to inclement weather, the Library also will close.
