Old Business:
Website Update. Simple but up to date.
2010 Kids Summer Art Camp: Alyssa is OK with some Grandma’s babysitting and Mr. Feist is OK with using the school facilities. Only expense will be hiring Alyssa and buying supplies.
Art Display panel repaint update: The entire project is on hold for now. If we have an “art emergency” we will put some wheels in motion.
City Auditorium storage: Eric will talk to Bob Moller to see when we can proceed with the project.
Music Camp Scholarship: Two or three people will be going and we will sponsor at least one of the campers. Eric will bring back more information next month.
Submit names of new board members: Edith will submit the names at the April council meeting. Iris Oeder, Lollie Adair, Terri Egan
Musical June 24-27: Rights obtained, Auditorium reserved, nothing else has been done.
Folding chairs/storage cart: Nothing to this point
Spotlight: Nothing can be done unless Terri gets involved with the project.
Other: None at the moment.
New Business:
Art show report by Roberta:Some local artists are planning to produce some new original artwork and are tentatively planning an art show in early 2011.
Art Grant: Consensus was that we should pursue the art grant that is available. Lollie will work on this. We will plan Feb 24 – March 1, 2011. Thurs. thru Tues. Setup on Thurs. Take down on Tues.
New EFAA Filing cabinet: Edith was given permission to purchase a file cabinet in which to keep EFAA materials.
Mission Statement: We will look it over and make suggestions.
Next meeting of the EFAA : Wednesday, April 7, 2010 @ 5:00 PM @ Edith’s.
